monthly rent is $795. There is a flat fee of $125 per month for utilities. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly fee for mowing and yard maintenance from May to October. 🛌 Room Details: The room available from August 1st is Room #3 as shown in the attached floor plans. The other two roommates are two great young guys. The roommate in Room #1 is a marketing student at CU Denver, and the roommate in Room #2 is a new graduate and accountant. Both roommates are friendly, tidy, and easy-going.

🚭 House Rules: This is a no-smoking, no-drugs, no-marijuana, and no-pets household. A background check is required before moving in. We are seeking a roommate who is quiet, communicative, responsible, and reasonably tidy.

🏠 Other Available Rooms: If the room in this ad doesn't meet your requirements, we also have other rooms available starting from August 1st or September 1st. All of our houses are conveniently located within a short 10-minute walk to DU. Most of our roommates are DU students and young professionals.
