Great, huge bedroom in beautiful house 5 minute walk to DU.

Huge, 244 sq ft, sunny bedroom in garden level basement with three large windows, private entrance through landscaped back yard, private parking space for your car if you have one; your large bed room has excellent wifi, is furnished comfortably, own... thermostat, next to living room with TV, refrigerator; share modern bathroom with 25 year old female film student, within close walking distance to DU (5 minute walk).
House is beautiful, large, with fully stocked, eat in kitchen, w/d, lots of windows and sunlight, and happy, relaxed, respectful, friendly vibes.
The 25 year old student sharing the basement is named Arden, and has lived here two years; you are welcome to talk with her.

The female owner Deb lives upstairs and is a mellow, friendly, older woman who is energetic and likes to hike, play tennis, bicycle, ski, read, travel. She is a retired social worker, was an activist in the sixties in civil rights and women's movement, goes to progressive demonstrations and is Not for MAGA. She has a positive and respectful attitude toward students, and studied at DU.
