Townhouse close to transportation, 15 min from downtown

This townhouse was a new build that my family and I purchased in 2020. I got this townhouse so that I would be living close to DU Sturm College of Law where I went to law school. I have since graduated, am an attorney, and now work downtown. I have a... young male mini Aussie who loves other dogs and people (he is shy with people at first; he loves dogs instantly). I do not smoke and would not allow smoking inside the house.

As far as the bedroom and bathroom, they do not come furnished so you would need to bring your own furniture. However, there are curtains. And the rest of the house is obviously furnished. You would also not need to purchase any kitchen or bathroom cleaning supplies, only your own laundry supplies.
