🏡 Hi there! We are looking for a roommate to join a 2-bedroom downstairs unit in a charming up-and-down duplex, available from... August 1st. Only a quick 10-minute walk to DU! Ideal for DU students and young professionals. The rent is $825/mo. A flat utility fee of $125/mo per room includes gas, electricity, water, sewer, stormwater drainage, trash, and wifi. Additionally, there is a $25/mo mowing fee from May to October. The security deposit is $950. We are looking for a lease till August 31, 2026.

🛌 Room Details: The room available August 1st is room#1 on the floor plan. The other roommate is a 25-year-old technician at a hospital. He is very nice and easy-going.

🚭 House Rules: This house is smoke-free, drug-free, marijuana-free, and pet-free. A background check is required before moving in. We are seeking a quiet, communicative, responsible, and reasonably tidy roommate. Text me if interested, and I can provide you with a virtual tour link. We can then discuss the details.
