Roommate needed in 4 bedroom-2 bathroom house by DU

House:

Bedroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home (2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 living room upstairs, 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 living room downstairs). The house is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to DU, 5 minute drive to... several grocery stores, restaurants, and fun shopping. We have a large backyard with a hot tub and storage house as well as a washer/dryer in unit.

Roommates:

Two bedrooms are occupied by me and my current roommate. We are both females, I'm 28 and I'm a school psychologist working at a middle school. The other roommate is 24 and just graduated the DU social work graduate school program this June! We like to hang out together and both enjoy being outdoors, hiking, going out, watching movies, and being active.
