We have both 1st floor rooms, and basement rooms available in our bright beautiful home in Aurora, about a mile from Anschutz Medical Campus. This is a quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood, just south of campus, and a nice clean house with all amenities!

Make yourself at home in a peaceful neighborhood. The common areas are fully furnished, so you’ll have the benefit of making new friends and the discount of having roommates! Great spot to hang out in the backyard with firepit and grill for BBQ's in the summer! Plenty of storage with the garage converted into storage space sectioned off for each person.

About the current room mates:

Currently Anschutz medical students! We have a very clean, peaceful home, but also enjoy being social. This is not a party house. Everyone get's along great - there's a good balance of giving each-other space, while also being friendly and social.

Close to Everything:
o 1 mile to Anschutz Campus
o 10 minutes to Stanley Marketplace
o 3 minutes to King Soopers
o 10 minute walk to Del Mar Park
o 5-10 minute walk to nice Bike Path that takes you to beautiful parks & golf course
o 10 minute walk to public transportation
o 20 minute drive to Downtown Denver
o 18 minute drive to the airport! (super convenient)
