Hi, I am a rising 3rd-year law student & Tax LLM student at DU Law. I have rented a house off of Hamden & I25 (4mi./10min to school)(3bed/2.5ba) & I am looking for 1 more roommate (total 3 people). I will be living at the house full time... with my 4 year old German Shepherd. There is another part-time law student renting a room as well that is only in town 6days/month (every other weekend). Would be renting a fully private room with a shared bath with pt-student. Shared living space & patio, all utilities included $1300/mo; July 2025 through May 2026*.
