I am looking to fill two bedrooms in the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse condo that I have been renting for the last two years in Cap Hill, just five blocks from Cheesman Park.

This fifth floor corner unit is 1600 square feet with a chef’s kitchen,... large windows providing incredible natural light and city views, a private balcony, a large open floor plan living space, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There is also a communal roof deck one floor up with a dog washing station, a sitting area, and a gas grill. The property is a stone's throw from many coffee shops and restaurants, and only blocks from Whole Foods.

Bedroom 1: The space is 8.5x10 and has a skylight that opens for full ventilation and a closet. You would share a bathroom with a double vanity and full shower/tub with the other roommate. Rent including is $1075. Covered garage parking included in rent.

Bedroom 2: The space is 12x10 and has big windows and a closet. You would share a bathroom with a double vanity and full shower/tub with the other roommate. The photos are of it furnished, but it will be unfurnished. Rent for this room is $1350. Covered garage parking included in rent.

A bit about me: I am a 30-year-old clinical psychology doctoral student at DU. I currently work in community mental health, and will be on rotation at the VA and the state hospital starting in the fall. Most of my time is spent at school or at clinic, but in my free time, I enjoy climbing, skiing, backpacking and cooking. I spent my 20s living in Germany and the Bay Area and moved to Denver in 2024.

Who I am looking for: I enjoy keeping the home environment clean and relaxing, but I'd be open to small social gatherings such as game nights and dinner parties. I enjoy my alone time, but would be happy to participate in hobbies and some meals together.
