►🏠Furnished suite in a 3-Bedroom Duplex - Female Roommate Needed- 10 mins' walk to DU

Contact info: Sophie, 720-515-3221

👉 Hello there! We are seeking a female roommate for our 3-bedroom duplex starting September 1st. The existing roommates consist of a young architect and a graduate student in psychology at DU, both female. We...
would prefer a young professional or student to join our household. We pride ourselves on being busy with work/study, maintaining a quiet and clean environment, and embodying an easy-going nature. We hope to find someone who shares these qualities.

🏠 The room available on September 1st is a suite consisting of two connected rooms. You have the flexibility to use one room as a cozy bedroom and the other as your personal living room or study space. On the floor plan, these rooms are labeled as Bedroom#2.1, measuring about 11'4"x9'6", and Bedroom#2.2, spanning approximately 10'x9'6". The room has basic furniture: a twin-size bed (frame and mattress), a desk, a chair, and a nightstand. The previous roommate also left her comforter, pillow, blanket and cooking wares, feel free to use them if you would like. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can remove the existing furniture, just let us know.

🌟 The monthly rent for this delightful space is $875, with a flat utility fee of $125 per month. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly mowing fee from May to October to maintain the beautiful surroundings. The security deposit required is $1000. We are looking for a 12-month lease. If you're interested, feel free to call or text me for a link to a virtual tour, and we can further discuss the details.

🌞 Our house is smoke-free, drug-free, marijuana-free, and pet-free. Before moving in, a background check is mandatory. We are seeking a roommate who values a tranquil atmosphere, possesses excellent communication skills, takes responsibility for their actions, and maintains a reasonably tidy living space.

🌺If this sounds like the ideal living arrangement for you, don't hesitate to reach out! We look forward to hearing from you.

🏠 Other Available Rooms: If the room in this ad doesn't meet your requirements, we also have other rooms available starting from August 1st, or September 1st. All of our houses are conveniently located within a short 10-minute walk to DU. Most of our roommates are DU students and young professionals. Feel free to reach out for more information and details about these rooms.

👉 👉👉 Things to love about living here:

• 4 blocks west of DU, or 10 mins' walk to DU
• 3 blocks to Safeway the grocery store
• 3 blocks to Starbucks inside Safeway
