🛌 Room Details: The room available September 1st is room#3 on the floor plan. The room dimension is 9'1"x16'6", very spacious in this area. The room features a sizable closet and two windows that fill the space with plenty of natural light. The rent is $845/mo, the utility fee is a flat fee of $125/mo, and there is a $25/mo mowing fee from May to October. The security deposit is $970. The lease is till the end of August 2026.
