The monthly rent for the master...
bedroom is $1035, the monthly rent for the smaller bedroom is $935. Utility fee is $125 flat per month per room. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly mowing fee per room from May to October. To secure the room, a refundable security deposit of $1,160 is required for the master bedroom, and $1,060 for the smaller room. The lease term is 12 months.

🛌 Room Details:

The master bedroom (room #1 in the floor plan) provides ample space with its generous dimensions of 12'6" x 10'10" - a truly spacious room for this area. You'll have plenty of room for your bedroom furniture and personal belongings. The room features a sizable closet and two large windows that fill the space with plenty of natural light.

The smaller bedroom is room #2 on the floor plan, with a room dimension of about 9'1" x 11'2". The room features two windows that fill the space with natural light.

The living room comes furnished with couches, a coffee table, a dining table, chairs, etc. The backyard patio is also furnished with some outdoor furniture.

🚭 House Rules:
This is a no-smoking, no-drugs, no-marijuana, and no-pets house. A background check is mandatory before moving in. We're seeking a quiet, communicative, responsible, and reasonably tidy roommate to join our welcoming household.

🏠 Other Available Rooms: If the room in this ad doesn't meet your requirements, we also have other rooms available starting from June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, or September 1st. All of our houses are conveniently located within a short 10-minute walk to DU. Most of our roommates are DU students and young professionals.
