🏡 Hi there! Both rooms are available in a 2-bedroom downstairs unit in an up-and-down duplex starting August 1st or... September 1st. 🚶Just a 10-minute walk to DU! Ideal for DU students and young professionals.

🛌 Room Details: Room#1 on the floor plan is the bigger room with a monthly rent of $870/mo, room#2 is the smaller room with a monthly rent of $795. The utility fee is a flat fee of $125/mo per room, and there is a $25/mo mowing fee from May to October per room. The security deposit is $995 for room#1 and $920 for room#2. 🚭 House Rules: This is a no-smoking, no-drugs, no-marijuana, and no-pets house. A background check is required before moving in. We're seeking a quiet, communicative, responsible, and reasonably tidy roommate to join our welcoming household.
