The available room is on the main level and features hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and a private bathroom.

The shared living space is open and bright with a wood-burning fireplace and a clean, updated kitchen. We also have laundry,... central A/C, a 2-car garage, and plenty of easy street parking.

One of the best parts of the house is the backyard, which is fully fenced-in with a large deck, table, and chairs

There will be 3 people living here, with one of the upstairs bedrooms used as a shared guest room for visiting family and friends.

About the neighborhood: Holly Hills is quiet and residential while still being really convenient. The house is:

-7 minutes from the University of Denver
-4 minutes from King Soopers
-8 minutes from Wash Park
-Quick access to I-25, and
-Within walking distance of the High Line Canal Trail

About us: Hi! I’m Sarah. I moved to Denver about 2 years ago for grad school and just finished my MSW at DU. I like to hike, camp, ski, and bring my sweet dog, Honey, to the park. My roommate’s name is Kat, and she just moved to Denver for med school. She has a cat named Stevie and loves to travel, run, hike, ski, and camp 🙂
