Unit is a full basement suite - private bathroom, office, nice big closet, bedroom with a big sliding door/walkout. There is a refrigerator in the office. You’re welcome to make a mini kitchen. The main entrance is shared, along with the main kitchen and living room. There are multiple visitor parking spots near the home, so findkng parking shouldn’t be a problem!
