A well behaved dog or well behaved cats are welcome. Maximum two (2) animals permitted. One (1) dog and one (1) cat or two (2) cats permitted. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35 per month for animal rent.
Utilities not included. Electric and Gas are separately metered. Phone/cable/internet would be arranged with local provider. Water, sewer, and trash are paid billed back at the rates of $20/month for water, $15/month for sewer, and $13/month for trash in addition to rent.
We prefer an annual lease and the advertise rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e. month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate.

Now the fine print. My wife and I own this property. I am a licensed real estate agent with Reliant Real Estate, Inc. We require an application and if you choose to apply there is a fee that covers only our cost ($35 per adult) for your background check. Deposit is $1,499 which is refundable subject to property condition at end of lease. Income requirement is 2X the rent amount.
