I’m Grant, I have two available bedrooms, this one and one for 800 that's larger, in my townhouse in Aurora. The home and shared spaces are set up to handle multiple roommates. All current residents are respectful, quiet, and friendly. We keep a clean and efficient house, so you will be expected to follow the system. I do have a dog, he is well loved by all roommates but does bark when people arrive occasionally, he is kept controlled and separated as needed(sorry, no additional tenant pets allowed).
