Sunny bedroom, private bathroom in beautiful house 5 minute walk to DU.

Large, sunny bedroom on second floor with view of landscaped backyard and mountains. You have your own, private bathroom, your own thermostat and your room is furnished comfortably with a Queen sized bed, desk, rrocking chair lamps, etc. It is a... sunny, cheerful, delightful room.

The house is in close walking distance and only 5 minute walk to DU.
It is a beautiful, large Victorian house with excellent WIFI, large and fully stocked , eat in kitchen, w/d, lots of windows and sunlight and happy relaxed, respectful vibes.

There are two, friendly grad students staying in two bedrooms in the basement with their own bathroom, and living room. Arden has lived here three years and is studying film and Avery moved in last January and is studying Chinese and International Relations.

The female owner Deb lives upstairs in her Master Bedroom
/ Bathroom and is a mellow, friendly, older woman who is energetic and likes to hike, play tennis, bicycle, read, and travel. She is a retired social worker, was an activist in the sixties in civil rights and women's movements, goes to progressive demonstrations and is Not for MAGA. She has a positive and respectful attitude toward students, and studied at DU.
