One large bedroom in beautiful house, very close to DU, all utilities included for grad students

One available, huge bedroom, (11'x30') with large, sunny windows in garden level basement with shared, modern bathroom, comfortable, private living room, your own entrance, thermostat, excellent wifi, and only a five minute walk to DU.

A 24 year old...
grad student named Arden is sharing this garden level basement.
She lives in a small bedroom next to yours and please talk to her if you would like.
This garden level basement unit is cool in the summer and warm in the winter with lots of sunlight.
You have total privacy, and it is ideal for studying, as well as relaxing in your living room, where there is an extra frig, TV, and large, sunny windows.
You have a private entrance off the large, landscaped backyard and patio which leads to your parking space.
The house is on a quiet, tree lined street only a five minute walk from DU.

We are looking ideally for a progressive, grad student to share with two others in the house:

Deb, owner of the house, lives on the first floor and is an old hippy, feminist activist, and retired social worker, who loves to travel/live in Europe, hike, bicycle, swim and play pickle ball. Deb also has an office and guest room on the second floor.

This is a beautiful, large, light filled house with 5 private bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a peaceful, quiet, tree lined street, with large, eat in kitchen, two living rooms, w/d, and 5 minute, easy walk to DU.

We would like a grad students, LBGTQ friendly, open minded, willing to share chores, ideas and occasional meals as time permits in large, eat in kitchen.
An amazing, beautiful, well maintained, friendly house that thrives on good communication.

Respectful, kind and intellectual vibes, perfect for serious and also friendly grad students.
