Historic house close to campus!

I am looking for a roommate! Our current upstairs roommate is moving to D.C., so we're looking to find someone to take over her part of the lease. So, you would share this house with 2 other girls, each with their own bedroom/bathroom on a separate... floor.

This is a 3 story house, located a couple blocks away from campus. There is a fully fenced in backyard, gas range, and garage/alley parking. My roommate and I are looking for another person to rent the entire upstairs. You would have your own bathroom, living area, and bedroom. We all share the backyard, kitchen, and split all bills. Rent is 1,400 per person and utilities vary per month.

There are also two dogs that live in the house. They are both large breeds and older ladies, so they won't bother you. They both love humans, other dogs, and are okay with cats.
